Treasr.ai: AI Matching Talent with Purpose

Introduction

Over the past three years, Treasr’s founders, experienced HR business owners who deeply understand the industry’s pain points; conducted extensive research and uncovered a clear need: a matching system that resonates with purpose-driven talent and connects them authentically with organizations seeking stronger cultural alignment.

At Rosa Tech, our internal team led the SEO analysis, brand strategy, messaging, and brand identity, as well as user flow exploration to define the MVP in Figma. From there, we designed the app experience, landing page, and investor pitch deck to support capital-raising efforts, complemented by a comprehensive brand development package that included business cards, LinkedIn profiles, mockups, and social media templates.
